So this totally made my day today. An illustration project was due in one of my classes. It was very well received, which for me (as an animator and one who hasn't painted in a lonnnnggg while) tends to be very rare. A good day indeed. :]

Sit with me for a while
So it's seems like I'm very bad at keeping up with this blog, but here's a nice little update. A couple paintings from a few semesters ago, a bit of 3D modeling, mixed with some animation tests? I'm down, how about you?
Day and night forrest scenes, with inspiration from A Midsummer Nights Dream and using the words disquiet(day) and calm(night). Acrylic paint.
3D model of a 1918 Webley and Scott No.2 Mk I Flare Gun, created in maya 2012.
Ball Bounce

And that's it for now, enjoy :]

Renderings
So I was thinking the other day, how happy I was that we finished our renderings before it started to really rain. I mean, days of rain...so I thought I'd share them. Just a warning...the egg is horrible... I was thinking of putting two of these in my program portfolio, though not too sure which two yet, I know I want to put my branch in, but not too sure whether to put the rocks or the acorn or both...I guess I'll figure it out eventually. haha
